Luca Spanu Desogus is a composer.

He creates original music for theatre, film, advertising and audiobooks.

He has composed for RAI Radio3, Blackstone Publishing, Sardegna Teatro, CSS Teatro Stabile di Innovazione del FVG, Bluemotion, Fueddu e Gestu, ASMED Balletto di Sardegna, ISRE, and other cultural institutions.

 

In film, he has written music for several productions and collaborated on the Netflix series Il Mostro as arranger, music coach, and music consultant.

 

His work develops through a dialogue between sound, text, and image, with particular attention to the dramaturgical and scenic role of music.

His practice involves an ongoing exploration of timbre and different approaches to musical thinking.

 

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Guitar from the Conservatory of Cagliari.
